Staffed by employees in the United States and Guangzhou, China, AEi’s Service Manager Terry Brailsford will head the new organization. Along with increased staffing, AEi has also automated its service operations to accommodate growing market acceptance of AEi’s CMAT (camera module align, assembly, and test) stations and PMAT (photonics module align, assembly and test) stations.

To address our growing installed base and maintain our high standards of customer support, we are expanding our customer service organization to offer highly-qualified and efficient service on a direct basis.
