AEi has developed an extensive set of alignment and test algorithms for the CMAT platform that are easily configured as needed for specific products and applications using the FlexAuto control software. Both MTF and multiple gradient focus algorithms are utilized for fast and efficient setting of optimal focus alignment during the assembly process. CMAT also includes adaptable interface electronics to support communication and control of camera sensors from a variety of manufacturers. Many CMAT systems have already been deployed, both for product/process development and full production, in the past several years to multiple facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia.
