FlexAuto allows users with password privilege to define and change process recipes
and sequences based on their inherent understanding of
manufacturing processes but without specific training
in programming. This greatly simplifies and speeds up
the implementation of new products at for both R&D and production ramp up. The open architecture design of FlexAuto also allows
flexible automation equipment to be designed and deployed
using the optimal mix of motion stages and actuators,
